I'm hoping this week will be more of a standard week when it comes to my workouts. I figured I would go ahead and post since I added a little this week (and I didn't swim last monday). Not sure what I am going to do about workout posts in the future. I will probably just log more of a recap at the end of the week instead of a full breakdown of workouts that probably aren't going to change much week-to-week. Anyhoo, swimming this morning was a pretty similar workout to my last swim workout except I added another 250 kick at the end.

I figure a little leg focus won't be bad if I am also using this as cross training for running some upcoming races. Still way out of shape, but it is coming along!
