A beautiful morning for a run at Maclay Gardens. Everything felt pretty good and I actually had enough in me for a strong finish. I DID hold back a little during the race (but also felt a little rough), but was pretty happy with my time. Kinda nice to get back into running again. Oh, AND there were free melanoma screenings so I got checked out! This was also my first race running completely by my lonesome, which was a little odd. I like my running buddies! :-)
